Brokerium

Brokerium and the Brokerium logo are trademarks of Bulat Valiev.

You may, without asking:

• refer to Brokerium by name, for example in articles, talks, comparisons and documentation;
• say that your product works with Brokerium, as long as that is true;
• use the unmodified logo next to such a reference.

Ask first for anything else, in particular:

• using the name or logo in the name of your product, service, company or domain name;
• implying that your product, service or modified version is official, endorsed or certified by the Brokerium project.

Apache Kafka

Apache®, Apache Kafka® and Kafka® are either registered trademarks or trademarks of the Apache Software Foundation in the United States and/or other countries. Brokerium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Apache Software Foundation. Brokerium refers to Kafka only to describe what it works with, as in “Brokerium for Apache Kafka”, and never uses the Kafka logo.
